No date is promised here, and any party that promises one is not telling you the truth. It depends on which authority has to act. What is promised is that the issue cannot be closed until you confirm it was actually fixed.

These are acknowledgement and ownership targets, not repair times. Whether a road is resurfaced depends on the authority responsible, and no party can honestly put a date on that.
