Publish the real household cost of "free" schooling

The problem

Nominally free education still carries uniform, transport, materials and private tuition costs that push families into debt.

Why it matters

Policy debates use the word free while families experience a bill. Naming the real number changes the debate.

An annual household-cost survey of schooling, published with full methodology and sample size.

How it would be implemented

Volunteer-administered survey in covered constituencies, published as party research and explicitly labelled as such.
