Why it matters

A missing street light is a labour force participation policy, whether or not anyone intends it to be.

Proposed solution

A safety infrastructure audit for each covered constituency, conducted with local women, published with named locations and specific fixes.

How it would be implemented

Structured evening walk-through audits led by women volunteers, producing a specific, costed list of fixes for the local body.
